David R. Siepman (b. 1998) is a Dutch fashion designer, Creative Director, and photographer. In 2024, he graduated from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI) with his graduation collection DRAGEN, which led to finalist appearances in national and international competitions such as Lichting, Designblok Prague, and the semifinals at ITS. In early 2025, David founded the design studio Romance on Mars, which quickly gained international recognition, particularly for its conceptual and innovative headwear designs, while continuing to explore broader fashion and sculptural expressions
